3. We will use your email address to contact you about anything new happening at Harry Sheader Sports School.

4. If you request to be removed from the mailing list we will aim to do this immediately but may take up to 5 working days after your request.

5. Only staff members who have access to wix.com site editor will be able to contact you.

6. You consent to been on the mailing list when signing up through harrysheader.co.uk.

7. Customer is in charge of updating Harry Sheader Sports School if their details change.

Billing/Payment:

1. We will store your name, email address, and contact number within our site editor account at wix.com which is on a locked device.

2. At no point will we share your name, email address and contact number with other businesses unless agreed to by yourselves.

3. We will use your email address and contact number to contact you about anything new happening at Harry Sheader Sports School related to your purchase.

4. Only staff members who have access to wix.com site editor will be able to contact you in regards to your purchase

Clubs/Events:

1. We will store your name, children name, email address, contact number, medical conditions or extra needs of your children within our site editor account at wix.com which is on a locked device.

2. You can opt in or out of having photos and videos taken of your children/child and shared on our social media accounts on our booking system through wix.com. Harry Sheader Sports School coaches will also check on arrival at the club.

3. You can opt in or out of Harry Sheader Sports Schools Trained First Aid Staff to performing first aid on your child through our booking system on wix.com
