  1. All participants must listen to instructions before taking part in the activity. 

2. All participants must obey the instructions given by Harry Sheader Sports School staff & instructors. 
3. All equipment must remain on site & returned to the designated area after use. The equipment remains the property of HSSS/The Venue attending and in the event of any damage being caused to the equipment through fault of the user, the participant is liable to pay for the repair/replacement. 
4. All participants must understand that sports by HSSS of any nature can be a dangerous activity. Whilst we make all attempts to safeguard our customers from dangers, accidents & injuries these can still happen. In agreeing to take part in this activity & signing this disclaimer, you are acknowledging these dangers and agree to take part at your own risk. 
5. Harry Sheader Sports School are not liable for damage or loss to persons or property however incurred.

6. Payment will be requested by invoice at the end of each month for the sessions attended in the month.

Cancellation must be made 72 hours prior to event starting to receive a full refund. Anytime after 72 hours will result in payment lost.
